Wike Accuses Amaechi of Playing Politics With Mother’s Death

Nyesom Wike has accused ADC vice-presidential candidate Rotimi Amaechi of using his mother’s death to play politics.

Wike said Amaechi was trying to attract Nigerians’ sympathy by using his mother’s death. Wike said that last week, Amaechi had accused President Bola Tinubu’s policies of contributing to his mother’s death, saying the policies made it difficult for him to afford her medication.

Wike said it was unfortunate that people could use their mother to play politics. “Nobody will pity you because they all know that you are telling lies,” Wike said.
