Tinubu Challenged Over FBI Records

A post on the verified X handle of Von Batten-Montague-York on Thursday called on President Bola Tinubu to support the release of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) records relating to allegations of heroin trafficking reportedly connected to him.

According to facts gathered by Next Africa Daily, the post accused Tinubu of attempting to rebrand himself as an anti-drug campaigner, describing the move as a “desperate stunt” unless he supports the release of the records.

The post challenged the president to publicly call for the release of the records if he was committed to fighting drug trafficking.

“If President Tinubu is also committed to fighting drug trafficking, we challenge him to publicly call for the FBI to release records for the heroin trafficking reportedly connected to him,” the post stated.
