Obi Takes Nigeria’s Struggle to UK

Peter Obi has called for better leadership in Nigeria, saying the country needs to fight corruption and improve accountability.

Obi made this known in a post on his X handle on Thursday after visiting London, United Kingdom.

He said he arrived in London from Basel, Switzerland, at 7 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21, and held several meetings with officials and other important people.

According to him, the meetings focused on how to rebuild Nigeria and address the problems affecting its development.

Obi also called for a country where everyone has a fair chance to succeed, even without knowing influential people.

He said Nigeria should become a country where hard work is rewarded and a child from an ordinary background can achieve success.
