Amadi Warns Over Democracy

According to information gathered by Next Africa Daily, Sam Amadi, Director of the Abuja School of Social and Political Thought, expressed his views on President Bola Tinubu's approach to election campaigning in a post on his X account.

Amadi wrote, "Tinubu is very honest here. He will not campaign because he cannot withstand the stress of campaigning. He will allow the governors to cash out the votes through all means."

He concluded, "Nigerian democracy is already damaged, but we should not damage it further for fear of the military."
