2027: ‘Only God and Tinubu Know What Will Happen’ Galadima

Buba Galadima, a chieftain of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC), has said only God and President Bola Tinubu know what will happen in the 2027 presidential election.

Galadima made the statement while speaking on Channels Television’s Politics Today, where he discussed the opposition’s preparations for the election.

He expressed concern over whether the election would be free and fair, saying recent political developments had raised concerns among opposition politicians.

Galadima, however, said Peter Obi and Rabiu Kwankwaso could win if the election is conducted freely, fairly and transparently.

He said the opposition was working to bring together the political plans of both politicians, describing their proposed ticket as a “healing ticket” for Nigeria.

He also questioned reported meetings involving Tinubu and INEC, saying the opposition does not know what such engagements may mean for the 2027 election.
