Nigeria's Senator Natasha Cleared for 2027 Kogi Central Senatorial Race

Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan has announced her successful screening and clearance by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to contest the 2027 Kogi Central Senatorial Election.

The senator disclosed this after participating in the PDP screening exercise held in Lokoja, where aspirants seeking elective offices in the 2027 general elections underwent verification and assessment.

According to Akpoti-Uduaghan, she arrived at the screening venue fully prepared with all necessary credentials and supporting documents required by the party.

“I am pleased to share that I was successfully screened and officially cleared to contest the 2027 Kogi Central Senatorial Election under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP),” she stated.

She described the development as a renewed opportunity to continue delivering quality representation, purposeful leadership, and dedicated service to the people of Kogi Central.

The senator, known for her advocacy on governance, infrastructure, and social welfare, reaffirmed her commitment to serving her constituents ahead of the 2027 polls.

“For love. For people. For service. 2027,” she added. Akpoti-Uduaghan currently represents Kogi Central in the Nigerian Senate under the platform of the PDP.
