Beyond Talent: Teen’s Mastery of 176 Bible Verses Becomes Defining Moment At Asaba Global Crusade with Kumuyi

The fourth day of thThee Global Crusade with Kumuyi (GCK), held in Asaba, Delta State, on March 28, 2026, delivered a deeply moving and memorable Impact Academy session at the Cenotaph grounds behind the House of Assembly along Okpanam Road.

The session, with the theme “Radiating Christ to Influence the World,” brought together young people, professionals, and Christian leaders in an atmosphere marked by inspiration and spiritual reflection.

According to Roma News, the program featured a blend of activities, including a workshop, praise and worship, an interactive question-and-answer segment, and the “Excellentia” segment, where young adults and professionals showcased their talents. Each segment contributed to an engaging and uplifting experience for participants.

A defining moment of the session came during the first variety segment when a young participant, Udoka Adaeze Nmesoma, an SS1 student of Fountain of Goodnews Educational Enterprise, Okpanam, delivered an extraordinary recitation.

Mmesoma, who stunned the crowd, recited the entire 119th chapter of the Book of Psalms, comprising 176 verses, from memory without any error.

Her confident and flawless delivery held the audience spellbound at the Dome Event Centre along Okpanam Road.

The atmosphere shifted from attentive listening to visible amazement as she progressed steadily through the lengthy passage without hesitation or mistake.

At the conclusion of her recitation, the audience responded with prolonged applause, acknowledging both the difficulty of the feat and the remarkable composure with which it was delivered.

Attendees, including professionals, church leaders, and other dignitaries, expressed admiration for the young student’s exceptional performance.

The moment stood out as one of the highlights of the session, underscoring the capacity of young people to demonstrate remarkable discipline, spiritual depth, and excellence when properly guided.

It left a lasting impression on those present and reinforced the central message of the program, encouraging participants to live out their faith in ways that positively influence the world around them.
