Girl Caught Stealing Phone, December Warning for Nigerians

As December gets closer, Nigerians are advised to be careful with their phones and other valuable items. Speaking to Next Africa Daily during a physical interview, Ezeh Sunday from Ishieke, Abakaliki, shared information about phone theft.

According to the information shared, a woman was inside her room when her phone was stolen. Her window faced another compound, and she did not know when the phone was taken. She only noticed that it was missing when she went to look for it.

When the matter came up, the girl suspected of taking the phone denied it. Some people thought she was being wrongly accused.

However, another person insisted that she was responsible. After an investigation, the girl was found to have taken the phone. There were also claims that other items had gone missing in the compound.

In another incident, someone left a phone behind while going to take a bath in a hostel. Before the person returned, the phone was missing.

As December approaches, people should keep their phones and other valuable items in safe places. Do not leave your phone close to an open window or where someone can easily take it.

Be careful and protect your belongings.
