Court Sets November 26 for Edo South NDC Ticket Case

The case was brought by a former lawmaker, Ehiozuwa Agbonayinma. He is challenging the choice of Sunday Aguebor and later Osayuki Asemota as the party’s candidate for the 2027 election.
Agbonayinma said he got the highest votes in the party’s primary and was first declared the winner. He said he was later replaced by Aguebor, who was also later replaced by Asemota.
He wants the court to cancel their names and declare him the party’s candidate.
